We at Pocket Angel believe that monies given to an organisation such us ours should be used to give aid to those in need. Therefore the face value of our voucher is the money that is used to provide aid to those in need – none of it is used to help us run the Pocket Angel organisation.
What we will use your donation for
Although we try to keep our costs to an absolute minimum – we ask and receive free help from many major companies who believe in our vision, and we use free versions of commercial software such as Skype, Box, Trello and Zoho – we do still have some costs. These mainly include the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our digital platforms; paying the commission of purchase and redemption of our vouchers; some of the events we run to raise the profile of our message and the organisation; and some of the services we have to have when running a Community Interest Company.
